Diverse Communities
Toronto is often referred to as the most multicultural city in the world. Approximately half of Toronto’s population was born outside of Canada, all over the word. Toronto is a tapestry of neighbourhoods such as Chinatown, Little Italy, Little Jamaica, Little India and more. The Greater Toronto Area (GTA) has many ethnocultural neighbourhoods and areas. The GTA also has many large faith communities.
